pgc.NET 2.0 is a DVD ripper that would rip a given program chain (PGC) from a DVD.
A program chain, or PGC, is a group of cells or collection of programs that are linked together, creating a sequential presentation. A user may select a program chain while using a DVD-Video.

Typically, when you put a commercial DVD in your DVD player, it will display a presentation, with links to different contents (such as Titles, Languages, Trailers, Scenes, etc.) The player is running a Video Title Set, that is a collection of PGCs, that define the order in which all the cells are played back and how they are to be played back, based on the user's settings or the DVD player's setting.

pgc.NET can rip the program chain directly from a DVD, but due to the newer anti-copy protections you will need to first rip the DVD to your hard drive with a ripper that can deal with them (e.g. DVDFab Decrypter), and then run pgc.NET the hard drive folder that contains the already ripped dvd files.

Once you run the program, insert the DVD you´ll like to rip. Press the Scan button. The program will show the information about the DVD, and the found PGC. By clicking on the Output button you will be able to set the path were you want the ripped PGC to be saved. Then, pressing the Start button, pgc.NET will start ripping the PGC, saving the ripped file in the output path.
